LICK's last summer brings five farewell nights to the Algarve

LICK Algarve is preparing to close its doors permanently at the end of summer 2026 and says goodbye with a special program that promises to mark the last season of what was one of the most emblematic spaces for electronic music in the south of the country.

The club, located in Boliqueime, between Vilamoura and Albufeira, will host five themed nights in partnership with FABRIK Madrid, one of the most prestigious European references in clubbing culture and currently ranked eighth in the DJ Mag 2026 world ranking.

According to the organization, this program represents “the last chapter of a club that marked generations, welcomed some of the biggest names in world electronic music and helped to consolidate the Algarve as a reference destination for clubbing culture”.

LICK’s farewell will feature events signed by the brands CODE and LOOP, two of the most influential structures in the Spanish electronic scene. The opening takes place on July 31st with CODE, considered a reference in Spanish underground techno.

The first night will be headlined by Fatima Hajji, one of the most recognized figures in international hard techno, accompanied by Portuguese DJ Ornella and residents César Almena and Nuke.
