The Navantia Ferrol works council has shown its rejection of recent news regarding a possible entry of private capital, which has generated “concern and surprise” among the entire workforce, according to what they report. In a statement collected by EP this Sunday, the workers’ representatives emphasize that a person with a position of relevance cannot excuse himself in a “personal reflection” or claim that his words have been “decontextualized.” If so, they demand that he publicly deny them, given that his statements represent “a paradigm shift in the public nature of the company.”
