Two ships trying to cross Hormuz were hit, Iranian media say

CAIRO, ⁠Jun 10 (Reuters) – ⁠Two “offending ships” ‌trying to cross the ‌Strait of Hormuz were hit, ⁠Iranian ⁠media reported on Thursday (local time), citing Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Navy.

The information was released shortly after Iran announced the closure of the strategic canal, in response to US attacks on areas in the south of the country.
