The American immigration police (ICE) announced, this Monday (15), the arrest of a former leader of the criminal factions Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and Comando Vermelho (CV)after a chase in North Carolina (east).
Felipe Linares De Oliveira Dell Aquilla, known as “Don”, has an Interpol search and capture order launched by Brazil on charges of “criminal association” and “extortion”, according to a press release.
The fugitive tried to escape by car to Mexico, when he was intercepted at a traffic control in the city of Mooresville.
Dell Aquilla maintained its wife kidnapped in caraccording to authorities.
When trying to escape, the former criminal boss suffered an accident and was captured. A gun, cash and cellphones were found in the vehicle, according to the news release.
