Just like the PF, , but did not consider the initial reports sufficient to close an agreement.

Paulo Henrique has been in prison since April 16th by decision of the rapporteur, minister André Mendonçawhich was confirmed by the Second Panel of the STF (Supreme Federal Court). He is accused of negotiating the receipt of R$ 140 million in luxury properties as a form of bribe to enable the purchase of the Master by BRB.

Banco de Brasília is experiencing serious financial difficulties arising from the negotiation of the Master and has not yet presented the institution’s financial statement, which should have been presented on March 31st.

After being detained, he was held in a larger and more comfortable space, which was interpreted at the time as an indication of progress in the negotiation process for a plea bargain.

However, the PF had no longer signaled progress with the collaboration. Recently, the defense of the former head of BRB sent another letter questioning the Federal Police about the agreement and, now, received a favorable signal in response.
