The Federal Police signaled interest in moving forward in plea bargain negotiations with the former president of BRB, Paulo Henrique Costaafter the veto of the corporation and the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) to the former banker’s second collaboration proposal Daniel Vorcaro.

Paulo Henrique has been in prison since April 16th by decision of the rapporteur, minister André Mendonçawhich was confirmed by the Second Panel of the STF (Supreme Federal Court).
