The company carried out search and seizure warrants this Thursday (25) at addresses belonging to deputy Josimar Maranhãozinho (PL-MA) issued by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court).
The targets of the operation are companies that were hired to carry out works with rapporteur amendments, which were sent by parliamentarians with little transparency and clear distribution criteria. Josimar was a partner in one of these companies.
The report sought the defense of the parliamentarian, who has not yet commented.
In March, the First Panel of the STF convicted three PL deputies of being passive for deviations in the allocation of parliamentary amendments, including Maranhãozinho.
