Particularly when it comes to sexual crimes, completely different assessments of the events in criminal proceedings are common. But the trial against three defendants, 24, 22 and 20 years old, respectively, is something special in this respect. While prosecutor Kerstin Wagner-Haase accuses the trio of drugging two young women on the night of December 25th to 26th, raping the dazed women and filming the acts, the men speak of consensual acts and accuse each other of being responsible for the life-threatening overdose of one of the women.
