The court imposes nine years in prison on Joakim Peter Broberg for being a “stable” member of a hashish and marijuana network
The National Court has sentenced Joakim Peter Broberg, stepson of the current mayor of Marbella (Málaga), Ángeles Muñoz, belonging to the PP, to nine years in prison. The court, which declared it, has considered it proven that he was “permanently and stablely” integrated into a network dedicated to the sale of hashish and marijuana. The father of the convicted person and husband of the popular councilor, Lars Gunnar Sune Broberg, was also involved in this case and was prosecuted for the alleged laundering of 6.3 million euros, but the case was filed against him due to his poor health and he died before the oral hearing was held.
