The former president criticized on social media, this Saturday (Nov 30), the high price of one of the main items of the Christmas dinner
The former president (PL) used social media this Saturday (Nov 30) to mock the price of turkey, a traditional Christmas dinner item. On X (formerly Twitter), Bolsonaro commented on a publication from a right-wing page that criticized the high price of the product in supermarkets. “Value your turkey”wrote the former president.
The interaction began when the profile posted a photo of a Sadia brand turkey priced at R$410.97 and made a comment: “Expectation: to spend Christmas at Disney eating picanha with Uncle Scrooge. Reality: ask for a loan from Crefisa to buy turkey”.
Brazilian inflation accumulated in the 12 months ending in October reached 4.76%. It is 0.26 percentage points above the target ceiling set by the government for the indicator. The center of the objective is 3.0%, but with a tolerance of 1.5 percentage points.
