Traveling by plane is an experience that can be incredible, but the seat you choose makes all the difference in ensuring comfort during the flight.

Not all seats on the plane offer the same comfort, and some can turn it into a real nightmare, especially if the trip is long.

6 worst seats that those who want comfort should not choose on the plane

1. Seat 31A – No space for tilting

Located in the last row, the 31A has the misfortune of not allowing the backrest to recline.

The proximity to the rear wall of the aircraft limits any movement of the seat, leaving you in a rigid position the entire flight.

Furthermore, as it is close to the bathroom, there may be constant noise, in addition to the flow of people all the time.

2. Seat 31F – No room for tilt

Just like 31A, 31F suffers from the same problem of not allowing reclining, which makes it one of the worst seats on the plane.

To make matters worse, it’s a window seat. This means that, in addition to the limited space, many may feel that feeling of confinement and ask permission to leave, as they are trapped between the wall and other passengers.

3. Seat 30C – Very close to the bathroom

If you like tranquility, avoid 30C.

Being close to the bathroom means facing a constant flow of passengers coming and going, as well as facing odors that may escape from the toilet cabin.

Another problem is that the seat is in the aisle, so you may still get bumped by people passing by.

4. Seat 12E – Middle seat with little legroom

Sitting in the middle is no longer the most comfortable choice, but the 12E makes it even worse.

It is located close to the emergency exit, where legroom is limited due to the plane’s design.

This means less comfort and more difficulty moving around, especially on longer flights.

5. Seat 15B – Middle seat in the busiest aisle

15B is another middle seat that should be avoided.

It is located in one of the busiest areas of the plane, near the wings, where flight attendants frequently move around to serve meals and drinks.

Prepare to be interrupted every time the cart passes by.

6. Seat 18F – Window with view… of the turbine

If you choose the window expecting a beautiful landscape, 18F will frustrate your expectations.

This seat offers a less than enchanting view: the plane’s turbine.

Furthermore, aircraft noise is more intense in this area, which can be uncomfortable, especially on long flights.
