It’s not lighting at all, but temperature and air humidity level in the apartment are the two most important factors that help keep potted plants in good condition in winter. If you care about the health of your flowers, you need to know each of them well.
Thanks to this, you will be able to provide them with ideal conditions for development. It’s more important than you think because too low a temperature may inhibit the development of plants (the leaves will curl and fall), and too high a temperature may lead to their withering or the development of fungal diseases.

The optimal temperature for potted plants is 18-24 degrees Celsius (for most species). Their expectations match the average conditions in Polish apartments.
However, there are species that prefer cooler rooms (e.g. dracaena, which may not be able to absorb water from the ground if the temperature is too high).or due to their tropical origins, they feel better with the heating turned up (monstera). If the latter are too cold, their metabolic processes will slow down and their tissues will be damaged (e.g. black spots will appear on the leaves and they will not bloom).
The optimal air humidity for potted plants (and people) is considered to be between 50 and 60 percent. Too low values in this range may contribute to rapid water loss in the process of transpiration, yellowing of leaves or drying out.
Too high for fungal diseases, though there are also flower species that prefer high air humidity (up to 70-90 percent). Contrary to appearances, there are a lot of them. This applies to plants that naturally occur in humid tropical forests.
