An electronics store located in the center of the city of Cláudio, in Minas Gerais, was the target of an unusual robbery in the early hours of last Sunday, carried out by a pair of robbers disguised as Santa Claus.
The Military Police were called by a neighbor who heard suspicious noises and saw the robbers carrying products in a black car, in which they fled.
Video surveillance footage shows the criminals arriving at the location around 3:30 am, observing the storefront before leaving. About 20 minutes later, they returned with an iron bar, broke through the grille, broke the glass and entered the establishment.
According to the owner, Gustavo Oliveira de Souza, the thieves took 14 Xiaomi cell phones, 18 iPhones, a Samsung, a JBL speaker and a PlayStation 5 video game. So far, neither the robbers nor the products have been located.
