Raffaello coconut balls
Coconut raffaello balls are one of the options for quick no-bake sweets, with which you will surely reap success. To prepare them, you will need 1 can of condensed milk, 50 almonds and 200 g of coconut. You can use additional coconut to cover the balls, about 1 to 2 cups.
Mix the grated coconut with the condensed milk in a bowl so that both ingredients are properly combined and let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Subsequently, use a spoon to form balls from this mass. Place a whole almond in each, and finally wrap it all in coconut.
Drunken Cherry Cupcakes
Drunken cherry cupcakes, which are a chocolate treat that smells pleasantly of rum, are also an excellent quick solution. For this recipe, you will use 100 g of cocktail cherries, 200 g of high-quality dark chocolate, 1 spoon of butter, 1 spoon of rum and peeled almonds for decoration.
Drain the cocktail cherries in a sieve, then dry them with a paper towel and place one at a time in paper pastry cups. To make them stronger, it is better to use two nested inside each other. Then heat the broken chocolate in a hot water bath, mix in the butter and rum and pour this fragrant delicacy over the cherry in each cupcake. Finally, decorate each one with a whole shelled almond and let it harden in the cold.
Almond mushrooms
Another type of candy that, in addition to its excellent taste, also pleases with its appearance, are cute almond mushrooms. Children are literally delighted with them, but adults love them too. In this case, prepare 200 g of almonds, 200 g of powdered sugar, 1 egg white and 1 spoon of cocoa.
First, finely grind the almonds. They are a much better option than bought ones, which as a result hold their shape more poorly. Mix them with powdered sugar and add the egg white. Work the dough properly with your hands so that the individual ingredients are connected to each other. You should get a smooth non-sticky mass. Add a little sugar if necessary, it always depends on the size of the egg. Take 1/3 and mix in the cocoa. Then make small patties out of it, which will form candy hats. Then roll out small rolls or mushroom legs from the white material and press the two parts firmly together. Then let the finished candy dry for a while, that’s it.
Stacks of cornflakes
Finally, we have a candy for you that is also suitable for everyone who is gluten intolerant. The necessary ingredients are: 10 spoons of granulated sugar, 8 spoons of honey, 250 g of butter, 100 g of walnuts, 100 g of dark chocolate and 300 g of cornflakes.
Dissolve honey and sugar in a bowl over a water bath with hot water, add butter, chocolate, coarsely chopped nuts, and finally crushed chips. Mix all the ingredients properly to combine with each other. Then use a spoon to place the still hot mixture into smaller paper cups.
