Miriam Kalisová gave the audience a shocking surprise. The presenter of Televízny Novín and Reflex left Markíza TV after 18 years. The last broadcast was followed by a touching farewell to longtime colleagues. Patrik Švajda didn’t let her go just like that and for the last time they played their invented game to pass the time when the cameras were off.
“Pať and I always played ‘pins and needles’ through commercials. It’s a small box from make-up artists, in which they have pins and clips, in case something needs to be pinned to clothes. The sound engineers got busy strumming that aluminum box full of pins,” she explained, they also invented scoring with that.
“When the box falls on its side, it’s for two points, when it stands on the narrowest edge, it’s for 3 points, and then we played exhibitions. He must fly as high as possible and land on the edge. Never silence that little playful child inside you. It is a great gift for each of us,” she advised followers.
She liked her colleague for this reason as well. “What I like about Patrik is his playfulness and funny remarks, thanks to which we always had fun in the studio. He is a great person. I am so glad that thanks to Pať, my last broadcast and especially the ending was cheerful and full of laughter, just like our joint services at work. THANK YOU“ Kalisová confessed.
At the end of the post, she also sent a few words to the entire staff. “In Markíza, I felt at home in the living room. It is mainly thanks to the people who were there and some are still there. So hang in there my lovelies. You will forever be in my heart and we remain friends.” added Miriam.
