I do not exclude the need for material sacrifices, without which it will not be possible to build a solid economic base. The country will be a student invited to the blackboard by the teacher to demonstrate how much he has learned. And because he most likely did not learn, he will receive low marks in the form of financial crises, increasing national debt and unfair contracts with banking institutions. The need to reassess material resources will then be imposed, but also to stop speculation, corruption and evasion.
Relations with neighbors will be under the specter of ambiguity, and new projects in the area of education or infrastructure will be timid and ineffective. Financial decisions related to transportation to and from some neighboring countries or related to schooling, can be badly influenced by the lack of order of priorities.
