A woman, approximately 40 years old, was found stabbed, lying in the middle of a street in the Uberaba neighborhood, in Curitiba. The crime took place in the early hours of this Wednesday (1st), just after New Year’s Eve, on Rua Ariane Maria França de Souza, and the main suspect is the victim’s partner.
According to information gathered at the scene by the RICtv team, the couple was at a gas station moments before the disturbance. The man allegedly took out a knife and hit his companion with several blows.
Rescuer Jacob Braga was passing by the scene and found the woman lying on the street, asking for help. “Very serious situation, a stab wound to the chest and four stabs to the back”, commented the rescuer.

A Siate ambulance was called and the woman was taken to medical care. Municipal Guard teams searched the area, but did not find the suspect.
