El Tepual Airport employee in Puerto Montt convinced the man to leave the track
A man tried to prevent the takeoff of a Latam plane at El Tepual airport in Puerto Montt, Chile. The video of the moment was shared on social networks.
According to local press, the man is 29 years old and would have invaded the takeoff track after losing his flight to Concepción.
In the images, he appears in front of the plane for about 1 minute. After that, an air terminal employee convinced the man to leave the track. He was arrested by the airport security guards and arrested by the local police. The presentation to the court is scheduled for the day following the incident.
