The confession of the former top official in the Ministry of Finance, Thomas Schmid, has led to the first indictment against an accused. The Economic and Corruption Prosecutor (WKStA) announced on Monday in a press release that he had brought a criminal complaint against the entrepreneur Ronny Pecik. This application cannot be influenced, so there is a court trial.
