The Federal Police seized at least R $ 41 million in assets and amounts during the operation without discount, which investigates fraud involving irregular discounts on retirement and pensions paid by the INSS.

In addition, the PF seized 61 vehicles, valued at R $ 34.5 million, and 141 jewelry, estimated at R $ 727 thousand. The total amount also includes machines, equipment and works of art.
The without discount operation investigates one, under the justification of remuneration for alleged services provided by retirement associations. According to the investigation, most of these discounts were carried out without authorization from the beneficiaries, by falsifying signatures and documents.
The frauds would have occurred between 2019 and 2024 and may have caused a loss of up to R $ 6.3 billion to retirees and pensioners.
Six people were arrested during the operation, all linked to associations suspected of involvement in the scheme. The court also determined the removal of the entire Summit of the INSS and a federal police investigated for participation in the irregularities.
After the operation, the government announced, Alessandro Stefanutto, who had been judicially removed and is investigated for alleged omission.
