The Court of Justice of São Paulo has denied a request for the air to remove a video in which it refers to it as “deceiving” and indirectly says that the Bolsonarist “has shit in the head.”
The deputy, who made the animal cause his main political platform, recorded a video in March, criticizing a Zoe bill to enable rodeo party in the capital.
He cites another project, which foresees the return of animals in a circus, and asks what his authors have in common. “Calm down, I’m not going to say that the two have shit on their heads,” he jokes.
In court, in addition to the request for the video to be taken down, the councilwoman also wants compensation of at least $ 20,000.
In a decision published on Monday (28), Judge Luciana Novakoski Ferreira Alves de Oliveira denied the request for the suspension of the video display.
The magistrate added that, to decide on the indemnity, she will have to hear the deputy first. The action is processed at the 22nd Civil Court of São Paulo.
“When I learned of the bill that released the rodeo in the city of São Paulo, I could not shut up. I criticized the mandate of councilwoman within the legitimacy of deputy elected by the animal cause,” says Saraiva, in a statement.
Sought by the panel, the councilwoman chose not to speak.
