Judicial recovery is a legal process that allows companies in financial difficulties to restructure their debts to try to raise capital and continue to operate, with judicial supervision. It is an alternative to traditional bankruptcy, offering a chance of recovery and continuity of operations.

With the transformation of debt into action, creditors will receive shares from the company instead of money. As new actions are created and given to these creditors, the participation of current shareholders in the company in terms of percentage of the total actions decreases.

Gol estimates the receipt of US $ 330 million in investments from strategic partners up to 180 days after the end of the judicial recovery process. Of the total, US $ 180 million will be used to pay part of the process departure financing.

For the year, Gol revised estimates, projecting net revenue between R $ 22.1 billion and R $ 22.7 billion, and Ebitda between R $ 5.7 billion and R $ 5.9 billion.
