A plane from the Wizz Air airline starred last Sunday, a particularly difficult landing at Madeira airport, forcing the aircraft to replace the return flight.
According to images released by the Madeira Runway Spotting channel on YouTube, the device had a first sudden contact with the track, followed by a jump and a second touch, only stabilizing the third impact with the asphalt.
As it was possible to find out, the landing was sufficiently suddenly to cause potential technical problem in the aircraft, possibly on the landing train. As a precaution, the plane was removed from operation and is waiting for a technical inspection.
Madeira Airport is known for its demanding landing conditions, especially on days of greater atmospheric instability, which may have contributed to the difficult maneuver.
