On Thursday, the US judge blocked the order of President Donald Trump, who banned almost all foreign students admitted to Harvard University on Wednesday. Harvard filed a lawsuit against Trump’s order on Thursday and thus extended the legal steps he has already taken against the President’s administration over the past few weeks. The prohibition is currently valid for six months, and the government has to decide on its possible extension within 90 days. Approximately 7,000 foreign students will affect. Trump Harvard describes the “anti -Semitic, extreme left -wing institution” and his administration has already taken several steps against the university, including reducing grants.
Harvard’s management claims that the Trump administration regulations have created an environment full of “deep fear, uncertainty and confusion”, in which many foreign students ask him to transfer to other universities.
