Washington-a US judge has ordered the Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, arrested in the USA, to dismiss out of the detention. This should happen on the same day, it said in his arrangement. The federal judge in the state of New Jersey had given Khalil’s application for release, while his procedure continued, reported the “Wall Street Journal” and the broadcaster CBS News.
