The Portuguese international Rúben Neves, currently at the service of Al-Hilal, in Saudi Arabia, spent a family day in Zoomarine, Algarve, accompanied by his wife, Debora Lourenço, and three children-Margarida (8 years), Martim (6 years) and Mateo (4 years). Visit Rúben Neves to Zoomarine
According to the park, “with the heat to be felt, much of the visit was dedicated to fun in the aquatic areas.” Zoomarine Beach, with its extensive Wave Beach, was “the ideal scenario for leisure and relaxation moments,” while the Fantasy Island and Treasury Island did “the delights of the younger ones, with slides, dishes and interactive areas designed to ensure a refreshing, safe and lively experience”.
The day also included some of the park’s most emblematic experiences. The family participated in a Meet & Greet With a dolphin, where, according to Zoomarine, “they had the opportunity to know closely the characteristics of the species and the essential care for their preservation.”
There was a meeting with Californian sea lion Anubis, “one of the park’s stars, which delighted adults and children.”
Later, they participated in the Food Session of Raias, at Oceanus Aquarium, “an educational and interactive experience that provided direct contact with these sea animals.”
The program extended to other spaces of discovery and learning. In the immersive habitat, they observed several species from the American continent. The Butterfly was revealed “a magic stop, where the children were fascinated with the delicate movements and the vibrant colors of the butterflies”.
Throughout the day, the family also watched two of Zoomarine’s most iconic performances: Pirate Bay, “full of acrobatics and action,” and the Dolphin Dolphins Show, which “celebrates the connection between humans and the ocean, reinforcing an important message of environmental awareness.”
