The earthquake that shook east of Afghanistan last Sunday has ended the lives of at least 2,205 people and has left at least 3,640 injured, as the Government of the Taliban has been able to announce this Thursday.
“To date, the bodies of the martyrs have been recovered, which raises the total number of deaths confirmed to 2,205 and that of injured at 3,640,” said the attached spokesman for the Taliban, Hamdullah Fitrat in the social networks.
