Franco expelled the inhabitants because of a Dam, but the water never arrived there. The strong city of over a thousand years was, for centuries, strategic in the defense of Spain. In the 1950s, Granadilha prospered, today is a forgotten city.
They have been vibrant places and marked world history, today they are empty and abandoned. By decree, by conflicts or victims of natural disasters, they are forgotten cities.
