Vienna – The Constitutional Court must decide in its upcoming session whether men can wear long hair tied together at the army. A professional soldier has contacted the highest court because he sees his right to equality – if women are allowed to bind their hair into a ponytail, but not men. The soldier wishes to cancel a disciplinary penalty imposed on him.
