Sanchez faces questions about government stability in Congress
The president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, will respond on Wednesday in the Congress control session to two questions focused on the stability and political situation of his executive, after the Chamber knocked down two of the stars proposals of adding, the minority partner of Government: the reduction of the workday, last week, and the creation of an agency against corruption, on Tuesday.
The first one that will ask the President will be the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, about the stability of the government, while, then the Junts spokeswoman, Míriam Nogueras, will ask for his opinion about “the political situation.” Junts received harsh criticism from the Second Vice President and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, for knocking on the reduction of working hours. However, the seven independence deputies remain key to budgets, whose approval seems unlikely.
In the same control session, the general secretary of Podemos, Ione
Belarra, will ask the First Vice President and Minister of Finance,
María Jesús Montero, what are “the government’s plans before the new
political course ”.
