Oslo – After an explosion in the center of the Norwegian capital Oslo, the police blown up a second explosive device on Tuesday. A suspect was arrested as a survey, the police said. Injured were not reported. The scene is located in the immediate vicinity of a university campus and about 500 meters from the royal palace and the Israeli embassy.
