Faction fight may be the cause of shooting at Ceará school that left two dead

PM reported that the perpetrators have already been identified and that the crime would be related to the dispute for drug trafficking in the region

A fight between factions may have motivated the shooting that occurred on Thursday (25) at Luís Felipe State School in Sobral (CE). According to two teenagers died and three were injured during the attack, registered at break time, when the students were in the courtyard. Safety cameras images show two men coming to a motorcycle, parking in front of the school and entering the scene. After the shots, they quickly return to the street and flee at high speed.

The PM reported that the perpetrators have already been identified and that the crime would be related to the dispute for drug trafficking in the region. Among the injured is a 16 -year -old, who is already responsible for offenses related to murder and theft. The case is under investigation and reinforces the concern with the violence linked to organized crime in the interior of Ceará.
