Beijing/Los Angeles – The United States and China have been charging port fees since Tuesday on cargo ships that transport everything from toys to crude oil. This means that the trade war between the world’s two largest economies is expanding to include shipping. China said it would impose special levies on ships owned, operated, built or flagged by the US.
