ÖVP gets new chairman in the city of Salzburg


Salzburg – There is a change in leadership in the ÖVP in the city of Salzburg. On Tuesday evening, the presidium designated ÖVP state manager Nikolaus Stampfer as city party chairman. He replaces Vice Mayor Florian Kreibich, who has been acting chairman since the departure of former Mayor Harald Preuner. The changing of the guard will take place next February at the regular city congress, the ÖVP informed in a broadcast.
