life is in full swing! At 44 years old, the presenter divides her time between recording “Sua Maravilhosa”, on GNT, and preparing for Carnival 2026, when she will parade both at Gaviões da Fiel, in São Paulo, and at Vila Isabel, in Rio de Janeiro. Even with a busy routine, Sabrina does not hide the challenges of dealing with the diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

“I am very careful with myself because I pay a high price”, confessed the presenter, in a recent interview with the O Globo portal. According to her, her husband, actor Nicolas Prattes, plays an important role in this organization: “He sleeps at the same time as Zoe, at 9pm, 10pm. I wake up at 5:30am to start the day with her. I have people who help me, who keep reminding me every ten minutes what I have to do. Because, in addition to the schedule being intense, I have ADHD. But not everything goes as planned, and I’m not such a regimented person either.”

Sabrina recalled the times when motherhood was not yet part of her life. “Before Zoe, I went out to samba, I drank all the drinks. I went to record the next day with the same makeup”, he joked, laughing. Today, the presenter tries to balance work, motherhood and self-care, something that, according to her, is a true marathon.

Despite everything, Sabrina guarantees that she still carries the same free soul as always. “I have a nomadic soul, I like being at samba, in bars, socializing, I adapt well to places. And I feel guilty if I spend a long time without seeing my friends. But I’m also that sports person, who wants to work out, train. So, I look for that balance. It’s difficult, because it seems like we’re always owed something”, he added.
