We’re talking about pork chop in a potato pancake. This recipe combines two tasty dishes liked by many Poles into one. This is a dish that ours will surely love.

Preparing pork chop is not complicated. This recipe, although it combines two others, is quite simple and does not require us to use a lot of ingredients. Here are the products you need to prepare this dinner:
- 6 potatoes,
- 5 slices of pork loin,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- wheat flour (its amount depends on the type of potatoes and should be added gradually until the mixture has the right consistency),
- rapeseed oil for frying,
- salt and pepper.
The first step to making this tasty dish is to peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Add eggs, pressed garlic, salt and pepper. We also add flour, mixing the mass and checking whether it is thick enough.
Then we break the pork loin into thin cutlets and season each of them with pepper and salt. The next step is to heat the oil in a pan. We put a fairly thin layer of potato mass on it, creating a cake. Place the cutlet in its center and then cover it with the remaining part of the dough.
Fry our pork chops in the pancake on both sides until they become golden. After removing them from the pan, drain excess fat by placing them on a piece of paper towel. They can be served, for example, with cucumber salad or cabbage salad.
