The mayor of , in the interior of São Paulo, stated that if a crime of racial insult is found, attributed by a military police officer to Aline Bardy Dutra, the Esquerdogata, she will be fired from the city’s municipal education network. “The law is clear, in cases of racial discrimination or scandalous conduct, even outside the work environment, when there are consequences for public service, dismissal is required,” stated Mayor Ricardo Silva (PSD).
He also ordered an investigation that will guarantee the teacher “the right to a contradictory and full defense”.

Ten leaves and 80 absences
O Metropolises revealed that, since 2023, she has obtained at least ten leaves of absence, nine of which are paid and, the most recent, without receiving a salary, valid until 2027. The mayor of Ribeirão Preto also stated that the teacher has 80 unjustified absences in her work history.
During the period of absence, she kept her channel active on the social network, where she had 883 thousand followers. Since the repercussions of the case, almost 100 thousand profiles stopped following her, until the end of this Thursday afternoon (10/30).
