It will be launched in Rio de Janeiro this Tuesday (4) at 7pm. The event will take place at the Travessa bookstore in the Leblon shopping mall.
There will be a debate with the presence of four authors with articles in the publication, a partnership with the Record editorial group. They are the political scientist, the journalist and columnist for Sheet the economist and sociologist, also a columnist for the newspaper.
The mediation will be by , assistant writing secretary and Diversity editor at Sheet. She organized the work alongside a professor and columnist for the newspaper, and a special reporter for Sheet.
The book brings together opinion texts from the collection of Sheetauthored by names such as , , and and published over the last four decades.
These articles of historical relevance are analyzed in the publication in unpublished comments by contemporary authors, such as, and . There are, in total, 40 pairs of articles.
After the debate at the Travessa bookstore, there will be an autograph session.
On November 12th (Wednesday), at 10am, “A Palavra e o Poder” will be launched at Espaço Folha in Belém during COP30. On November 26, an event at the Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon, will debate the issues present in the publication.
