Already on Rua Garrett, “golden light clouds will float over the street, on Rua do Ouro golden clouds and twinkling stars promise to transform this artery into an enchanted firmament”, while on Rua do Carmo “a sequence of arches of light will create a luminous tunnel, where light and music will merge”.
