Salzburg – After a threatened hostage-taking, a man was taken off the train in Salzburg on Monday and arrested. As the ORF reported, several patrols and special units were in action. The background was initially unclear. The man was traveling by train from Vienna to Innsbruck. Who he wanted to take hostage and why was still unclear and part of the investigation. In any case, the police picked him up halfway through Salzburg.
