More people without jobs, fewer apprenticeships – the slump is affecting the labor market


Things are currently looking anything but rosy on the labor market – in keeping with the economic downturn. Even though the recession is probably over, the growth forecast for this year is still 0.3 percent, and possibly 0.4 percent. However, the mood in many companies, especially in industry, remains very depressed and the number of people without a job is increasing.
