O A man with dual German and Polish nationality created the list on the Dark Web. He is accused of financing terrorism and giving instructions for the production of explosives.
An individual who created a list of politicians to kill on the internet and asked for digital coins to pay anyone who did so was arrested in the German city of Dortmund, the State Attorney General’s Office reported this Tuesday.
With dual German and Polish nationality, the individual is suspected of financing terrorism, instruction to carry out violent acts dangerous to the State (instructions on explosives production) and dangerous dissemination of personal information.
The suspect carried out these activities on the internet with reserved and conditional access, often associated with criminal activities, known among other terms as ‘Deep Web’, ‘Dark Web’ or ‘Darknet’from June 2025.
Preliminary information indicate that he belongs to the far-right group Citizens of the Reich.
