You only need to buy the basic products (i.e. baking powder, buttermilk or milk), mix them in appropriate proportions, then form them into a loaf and place it inside the device. After 30 minutes, your breakfast bread will be ready.

Before you start preparing bread in the airfryer, make sure you have all the necessary ingredients at home. Without them, your bread will definitely fail.

Ingredients for bread without yeast and sourdough:

  • whole grain wheat flour – 2 cups
  • wheat flour (preferably type 405) – 1.5 cups
  • baking powder – 2 tsp
  • oatmeal – 0.5 cups
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • egg – 1 piece
  • milk – 2/3 cup
  • buttermilk – 2/3 cup
  • grated cheese, e.g. cheddar – 1 bowl (for filling and sprinkling)
  • olive oil – 1 tsp
  • favorite spices – rosemary/basil – as desired

Prepare a bowl and mix flour (both types), oatmeal, baking powder, salt and other spices, such as rosemary or basil. Take it out of the cabinet into the wet ingredients and combine the egg, milk and buttermilk. Once you do this, add them to the “dry” products from the bowl.

Also add the grated cheese and then knead the dough so that the loaf is about 3-3.5 cm thick. Pour some cheese and oatmeal on top, cut it slightly and put it in the airfryer for 30 minutes. After half an hour, remove the bread and let it cool. Enjoy your meal!
