  • a teaspoon of fennel seeds (whole or slightly crushed),
  • 250 ml of hot water.

Preparation:

  1. Crush the seeds in a mortar to release the essential oils.
  2. Pour them with water at a temperature of approximately 90-95°C.
  3. Steam for 10-15 minutes covered.
  4. Strain and drink slowly, preferably 20-30 minutes before a meal.
