Ramallah – According to Palestinian reports, a 16-year-old was shot dead in the West Bank for the second day in a row. The mayor of the city of Tuku said on Tuesday that the perpetrator was an Israeli settler. The incident occurred after the funeral of another 16-year-old who was killed by the Israeli army on Monday.
