Corruption opens its wings and asks for passage – 02/14/2026 – Dora Kramer

It has once again become part of the electoral landscape. In all its forms: from embezzlement to illegal transactions in the private world and flagrantly unethical conduct, including the infiltration of organized crime in public power.

The old lady was a little forgotten. Not due to lack of activity, but due to the dissemination of the idea that excesses committed in investigations recommended that the subject be considered exhausted.

The supported this version with the dismantling of; the glass ceilings of dominant political forces did the rest.

The wound of rampant criminality sat at the top of popular woes. It’s natural that people are much more afraid of the criminal on the street than of robbery, the effect of which is not immediately felt on the skin.

The severity of one problem does not erase the importance of the other. Both are highlighted by the unresolved demands of government officials who this year are once again demanding from the electorate the granting of passports to power.

As those who are alive always end up appearing, we have corruption back on the scene in the wake of the still growing quagmire. Money flying out of the window is yet another illustration of banknotes hidden in suitcases, closets and mattresses or tucked away in underwear.

Now there are still new factors in the environment: the serious suspicions that surround ministers of higher courts, the exposure of privileges to a public service caste — with an emphasis on the Judiciary — the complete corporatist shamelessness of Congress and the abuse of the public machine in electoral campaigns in the Executive.

Society may cry out in the next polls. But the question remains whether such behavior will be brought to the center of the electoral debate or whether the sharing of glass ceilings will make the candidates give voice to the old chant that blames everything on the evil of the “system”.
