On Saturday morning, the 14th, they arrested a man identified by the initials DDSS, aged 30, known as “Melancia”, in Senador Guiomard. The action was carried out by the municipality’s General Police Station in compliance with a preventive arrest warrant.
According to the police, the suspect is being investigated for failure to comply with a protective measure granted in favor of his partner. He is also the target of investigations for allegedly committing the theft of cash, a crime that consists of stealing a farm animal, in addition to robbery against a local businessman.
According to the police authority, all the accusations were considered in the representation for preventive detention, with the aim of guaranteeing public order and the safety of the victim.
After arrest, the man was taken to the police station for legal procedures and underwent a criminal examination. The arrest was reported to the competent authorities, and the person under investigation remains at the disposal of the Justice Department.
