On to the next round: With Beta 1, Google is now releasing a first test version for the upcoming Android 17. Developed under the internal code name “Cinnamon Bun”, the new software generation should be ready in just a few months and will bring with it some fundamental improvements to the basis of the operating system. Anyone who has a suitable Pixel smartphone can also try out the new version right away.
