O Youtube presents instability on Tuesday night (17). According to the Downdetector platform, which gathers alerts for failures on websites and other virtual platforms, the problems started after 9:30 pm.
Still according to the platform, the most reported problems were in the mobile application, website and video streaming. In Brazil, at 10:30 pm, complaints in Brazil reached a peak of 43 thousand records.
The subject is the most talked about. Internet users uploaded the tag “#YouTubeDOWN” and made memes about the situation.
The YouTube team’s official account also used X to update netizens: “We are investigating this issue, and while we don’t have a solution yet, we are closely monitoring the situation. We will provide updates as they become available.”
