According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the bombings also left others dead; offensive occurs even after truce signed in 2024

Eight Hezbollah members died in Israeli air strikes carried out on Friday (20) in eastern Lebanon, a representative of the Lebanese pro-Iranian movement told AFP this Saturday (21).

The Lebanese Ministry of Health had announced on Friday that ten people had died in the attacks in the Bekaa Valley. The Israeli Army claimed to have attacked Hezbollah “command centers” in the Baalbek region.

Israel has maintained its regular attacks on Lebanon despite the ceasefire of November 2024, which aimed to end more than a year of hostilities with Hezbollah, and generally claims that its targets are militants from that Shiite group.
