Assling – A seven-year-old boy died in the Innsbruck clinic on Tuesday after an accident with a horse in Assling, East Tyrol. The accident, the cause of which was still largely unclear, had already occurred on Sunday, the police reported on Wednesday. A passer-by discovered the child, his 42-year-old father, who was also seriously injured, and a “stray horse” in the Pustertaler Höhenstraße area in the afternoon and called the rescue workers, it was said.
